Works and biography
Daniel Pflumm interessiert der – manchmal trügerische – »schöne Schein« von Formen und Farben vor allem plakativer Werbeträger. In der Arbeit »Ohne Titel« [1999] findet dieser Ansatz eine Überspitzung, indem Pflumm den Buchstaben NEU mittels eines Leuchtkastens den Duktus eines Unternehmens-Logos verleiht. Es repräsentiert jedoch nichts – nur sich selbst.
