Roslyn Oxley9 Gallery has featured Jacqueline Fraser each year in The Armory Art Fair New York and Art Basel, Basel since 2000, and also solo shows at the gallery.
Michael Lett Gallery has featured Jacqueline Fraser in the NADA Art Fair Miami 2005, the Melbourne Art Fair 2006, and a solo show 2006. Commissioned solo installation at the Kunsthalle Wien Vienna Austria 2005-6, Superstars from Warhol to Madonna. Her work was titled "The Fabulist that fake bitch thinks she is Naomi Campbell". A site specific installation using scanned backlit photos from Vogue Italia, wigs, luxury fabrics, framed titles, wallpaper and Italian standing designer twirl lights.
During the 1980s, Fraser’s work drew on the Maori tradition of braiding, weaving, and plaiting of many different types of fibres, largely artificial, to create fluid, flimsy yet complex and intricate installations…
