Joan Hernandez Pijuan was born in 1931. In 1956 he graduated from Highest School of Fine Arts in Barcelona. In the end of 50-s he was living and working in Paris studying art of etching and lithograph. He defended the thesis “Painting and space: experience of personal perception”.
