Raúl Anguiano- Born in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1915, Anguiano graduated from the Guadalajara School of Painting in 1934. He taught art in New York City at the Art Students League, before returning to Mexico City as a scholar. He has illustrated many books and participated in group and solo exhibits. A founding member of the legendary Taller de la Gráfica Popular, Anguiano won the prestigious National Arts Award in 2002. Anguiano, and with Zalce and Chávez Morado is considered a among the artists of the second generation of Mexican Masters…
